Robert "Bob" Carmichael

Bob began his life on April 23, 1938 in Denver, Colorado, born to Gill and Mildred Carmichael.

After traveling the world with the United States Air Force, he chose to call Texarkana his home for the next 55 years. During his years here, he married and had a family and opened Carmichaels's Custom Designs. Carmichael's was his baby and his favorite place to be. The only things he loved as much were his corvettes and his daughter, Shannon who worked beside him in the jewelry store for 16 years.

Bob leaves behind his beautiful and loving woman in life, Sue Breckweg, daughter and son-in-law Shannon Cramichael Sakioka and Daryl Sakioka, grandsons Dakota Roden and Kincaid Roden, daughter and son-in-law Rochelle Carmichael Paulet and Steve Paulet, grandsons Jonathon Sax, Steven Paulet, one sister Janice Carmichael Roberts, two brothers Jack Carmichael and Richard Carmichael and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane at 4pm Saturday, March 18, 2017 with Life Celebration following at Applebees's per Bob's orders.
