Samantha Lyn Mitchell, 39 of Texarkana, TX passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in Texarkana, TX. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Afghanistan and Iraq and was a homemaker as well as a member of the Redwater Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Mitchell of Texarkana, TX; four sons and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Ashley Mitchell of Ft Hood, TX, Justin Mitchell of Texarkana, TX, Aaron Mitchell of Texarkana, TX and Nathaniel Mitchell of Texarkana, TX; daughter, Laura Thorp of MI; grandson, Isaac Wall.
Services will be 2pm Sunday, June 14, 2015 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane with Rev. Augustine Alaniz officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Saturday, June 13, 2014 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane
