Thomas Franklin Vaughn, 71 of Magnolia, AR passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at his home. He was born on March 19, 1949 in Oil City, LA. Mr. Vaughn was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church in Oxford, PA, he was a Boy Scout as well as a leader in scouting, played on the church softball team, coached little league baseball, love archery, playing in poker and domino tournaments, fishing, hunting and was a black belt in Tae kwon do. He was retired from Case New Holland tractor company.
Mr. Vaughn was preceded in death by two daughters, Erin Leigh Vaughn and Christine Hervey ; parents, William Franklin and Sara McNamara Vaughn Brown, brother John Vaughn and his first wife Shirley Vaughn.
Survivors include his wife Frankie Joyce Vaughn of Magnolia, AR; son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Laura Vaughn of Voorhees, NJ; daughter, Kimberly Stout of Oxford, PA; 5 grandchildren, Avery, Ella, Riley, Jessie and Josh Curtis; great grandson, Kaden; 9 step granddaughters and spouses, Kim and Scott, Terri and Jeff, Tiffannee and Shawn and Lindsey Eaves; step-grandsons, Colton, Caleb, Carter, Micah, Aaron, Dylan and Tyler; step granddaughters, Olivia and Landry; step grandchildren, Clayton, AJ, Atlas and Cheyenne; cousin, Clyde and Mary Green; nephews, Billy Vaughn and Terry Vaughn.
Funeral service will be at 10am Saturday, October 24, 2020 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane with Rev. Scott Wall officiating. Burial will be at 2pm Saturday at Colonial Gardens Cemetery in Marshall, TX under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 9am to 10am Saturday, October 24, at the funeral home.
