Troy Phillips Wilson

Troy Phillips Wilson (Cowboy), age 54, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024. He was born on October 19,1969 in Ft Worth Texas. Troy was a beloved husband, father, pawpaw, brother, friend, biker, neighbor and minister to many. Loved by many, prayed for by all who knew him. Troy was a personality that could light up any room. Many called him "a real character" and he would readily accept that title.

He was preceded in death by his Father Davey Fred Phillips who Passed away 2/19/1991, son Toby Allen Phillips both from Ft Worth Tx and adopted parents Bro William (Bill) and Mary Wilson of Nash TX.

Survivors include his wife Roselee Wilson, daughters and son-in-law Rachel and Rhett Coburn of Texarkana TX and Julie Phillips of Texarkana Ar, granddaughter Delilah Coburn, sister Sarah Phillips of Ft Worth Tx, multiple nieces and nephews and a number of brothers.

A a celebration of life service for Troy will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 7:00 PM at East Memorial Chapel, 2807 Moores Lane, Texarkana, Texas.
