He is preceded in death by his parents Junior Lee and Phyllis Jean James; a brother Harry James.
He is survived by a sister Shirley Wease; one son Patrick Potter; two granddaughters Holly Vessels and Cora Potter and numerous nephews and nieces.
William's wishes were to be cremated.
