Dr. Carol Raye Drucker passed away in Canyon Lake, Texas on Saturday, May 21st, 2022 at the age of 69. She was born in Austin, Texas on December 2, 1952 to Jasper Carroll and Laura Mae Baring Jones.
Carol grew up in San Antonio, Texas where she graduated from Sam Houston High School as valedictorian. She attended Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and met her husband of nearly 50 years, Douglas Drucker. Carol was truly one-of-a-kind: a caring gentle soul whose natural inclination was to put others before herself, a remarkable physician who treated her patients as if they were family, a competitive spirit with a keen intellect and wonderful sense of humor, but above all, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother (Gam Gam), sister, and friend who loved nothing more than to be with her family.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Carroll and Laura Mae Jones, and her brother, Carl Bennett Jones.
Carol is survived by her husband Douglas; brothers: Thomas Jones and wife, Sydney, William Jones and wife Judy; sons: Jon and wife Erin, Jeff and wife Kirbie; grandchildren: Emme, Everett, Reese and Cohen; and many nieces and nephews.
