Herman Morrow, Jr., age 64, departed his earthly life on August 7, 2012 into the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by his loving wife, Betty at St. Lukes Woodlands Hospital. Herman is survived by his wife of 9 years, Betty Morrow of Conroe, half-sister Janice Barton of Jasper, Alabama, cousin Johnnie Burke of Pelham, Alabama; father in-law Claud Bolander of Spring; sister in-laws Karla Bolander and Charlene Bolander of Spring. Herman is survived by several close friends, who will miss him dearly.
He was born to Ruth Nell Yates and Herman Morrow, Sr. in Birmingham, AL. Herman resided in Birmingham, AL until 1976 when he moved to Spring, TX.
Herman was employed with KBR as a Senior Designer in the Furnace Department. His previous employment was with Chicago Bridge as a draftsman. His love outside of work was enjoying NASCAR racing and supporting The University of Alabama football team. He was a member of Timber Lakes Baptist Church as a faithful servant who loved God with all his heart.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9th at Forest Park of The Woodlands. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Friday, August 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Forest Park of the Woodlands with interment to follow.
