JOHN F. COGHLAN was born April 11, 1917 in Brooklyn, New York and passed away on July 5, 2011 in The Woodlands, Texas at the age of 94. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Ruth Coghlan on February 14, 2011. John served in the United States Army during World War II.
He is survived by his daughters, Georgette Schirmacher and her husband Peter, Jacqueline Madson and her husband John, Maura Gallen and her husband Stephen; son, John Coghlan and his wife Patricia; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 PM, Friday, July 8, 2011 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 7801 Bay Branch Dr., The Woodlands, Texas 77382. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
