She was born in Houston, Texas on April 7, 1957. Kathy graduated from Klein High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas.
She was married to Mickey Lewis on December 31, 2004.
Kathy was a dedicated Registered Nurse and had a very rewarding career while working at Tomball Hospital and then Nexus Rehabilitation Hospital. Alongside her career, she had a passion for family, nursing, and Dr. Pepper!
She was preceded in death by parents, Glenn and Natha Lea Taylor.
She is survived by husband, Mickey Lewis, brothers, Mike and Mark, a host of family members including nephews and nieces she adored, and dear lifelong friends.
A memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September, 16, 2017 in the Chapel at Forest Park the Woodlands Funeral Home with a reception immediately following in our Event Room.
