Lizamma Madugula Moparty

Lizamma Moparty aged 82, died peacefully on March 15, 2016. Lizamma was born on May 08,1934 in Devarakonda,India to Mathews Madugula and Gnanamma Madugula. Her family had strong Christian values. Lizamma grew up in a Mennonite missionary establishment where her father was a pastor and her mother was a teacher. Lizamma was the youngest of six sisters and four brothers .She is survived by her younger brother,Vinod Mathews.

On May 17, 1961 Lizamma married the love of her life Martin Luther Moparty. In addition to raising their 5 children, Ravi, Charan, Dayakar, Suhasini, and Roy she worked as a teacher and a principal until she retired in 1992. Lizamma was a strong supporter of many small churches and her passion was to help families come together.

Lizamma is preceded in death by her loving husband Martin, and her older brothers and sisters. She is survived by her Children Dr.Ravi Moparty and wife Nelly Kay of The Woodlands Tx, Charan Moparty and wife Manjula Mekala of India, Dayakar Moparty and wife Dr. Sushma Gorrela of Spring, TX, Dr. Suhasini Moparty Kalpala and husband Joseph Kalpala of Spring, TX, and Roy Moparty and wife Kalpana Kocherla of The Woodlands, TX.

Lizamma has 12 grandchildren, four girls and eight boys, and numerous friends. Lizamma was a God fearing, loving, affectionate mother, a supporting wife and good friend to many. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
