Margaret Ann Bradford Jamail

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Jamail, and parents Earl and Margarete Bradford.

Margaret is survived by her daughter Theresa Berger and husband Thomas Berger, daughter Stephanie Jamail, grandchildren Sara Berger and Amanda Berger, great-grandson Nash Barrineau, brother Morgan Earl Bradford and his wife Susan, and sister Sherry Lynn Bradford.

Margaret was born a fraternal twin delivered first on April 8, 1949, and spent most of her life in Houston, Texas where she worked for Marshalls Department Store for 20 years. She was known for her dedication and hard work and greatly respected by her colleagues.

Outside of work, Margaret had a passion for animals, especially her pets. Taking great care of any animal in need that crossed her path. She was affectionately known as “Mustang Margie” due to her love for cruising the streets in her Ford Mustang with her favorite tunes playing for all to hear and enjoy. She also loved spending time at the beach, where she would soak up the sun and take long walks along the shore with longtime friends. Margaret valued her family and friends above everything else and was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was an excellent cook who enjoyed preparing meals for her loved ones, making sure that everyone had their favorite dish.

Those who knew Margaret will remember her as a kind, supportive, and nurturing presence in their lives. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a listening ear or a helping hand to those who needed it. Her family will miss her dearly, but they take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband.

Margaret’s legacy will live on through the memories she created with those who knew and loved her. She was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M on Thursday, June 15th, 2023, at the chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands. In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions to Montgomery County Animal Shelter, Texas, or a charity of one’s choice in Margaret’s memory are appreciated.
