She was born in Colombia and moved to the United States with her family at a young age, where she became a US citizen. She graduated from Alverno Heights Academy High School and then attended the University of Southern California, where she majored in Psychology. While at USC she met her husband Mike Burger, to whom she was then married for 39 loving years. She was an incredible wife, fantastic daughter, awesome sister, faithful friend, amazing mother, and wonderful grandmother. In addition, she served as HR and Accounting manager for Veritas Total Solutions and was beloved by all who worked with her. Her passions included world travel, champagne, theatre, horseback riding, interior design, and spending quality time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, her parents, her brother and sister, three children, and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A committal service will occur Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Forest Park - The Woodlands Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A reception will follow interment at a nearby venue.
