

Michelle was born in Gainsville, Georgia, on Aug 6th, 1963. She graduated from Forest Park High School with honors and received her BA in Business Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont. She was the owner of Pardue Settlements and later Council Settlement Group in Houston. Michelle was a member of the River Oaks Democratic Women’s Association, National Structured Settlements Association, Society of Settlement Planners, Women's Business Enterprise Association, and the American Association of People with Disabilities. She embraced the Eckankar religion for more than 20 years. Michelle was a voracious reader and loved tending her flower gardens. Michelle cherished her time in the Santa Fe and Colorado outdoors and had a passion for the arts.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Beatrice Hansford and her great aunt Ann Vaughan.
She is survived by her mother Sandra Bougere, her stepfather Ron Bougere, her father Kenneth Pardue, her husband William C. Padon III, her sister Leah B. Whiting, her aunt and uncle Bette Jean and Rod Engard, her nephew Owen Whiting, niece Maggie-Rose Whiting and her cousin Jordan Claure.
