Patricia Rose Smith, who everyone knew as "Patsy," passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024 at home in the Woodlands, Texas after a valiant struggle with cancer. She was born on January 19, 1945 in San Antionio, Texas to Fred & Josephine Leonard and was the loving sister to Carol Swift and Fred Leonard Jr. She attended the University of Texas Dental Branch and was a Dental Hygienist in Houston for many years, a career she greatly enjoyed. Patsy was a friend to many and embraced life to the fullest. She is survived by her brother, her three children, Alexandria, Gwendolyn, and Barton, seven grandkids, and many dear family members and friends. Although we miss Patsy greatly, she will always live in our hearts.
