Richard (Dick) R. Silver died at age 82 on October 27, 2011 at Memorial Herman Hospital of congestive heart failure in The Woodlands Texas. He was born in Waterloo Iowa in 1929 to Karen and Roger. He married Elizabeth (Betty) and they had 3 children; Scott, Ross and Lee Ann. He and Betty were married for over 60 years. His many friends and family loved him very much and he will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Forest Park, The Woodlands Funeral Home and Cemetary, 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384 on Thursday Nov. 3rd, at 2PM.
