Spence will be remembered by all who loved him for the strong, caring, funny, courageous person that he was. His greatest passion was his family and friends, most importantly, his son Axton. He valued his role as a personal trainer, helping others to achieve their goals and be their best with compassion and intensity. He loved all things health and fitness, recently discovering a love for sand volleyball. He could often be found pranking an unsuspecting loved one - he loved to make people laugh - or organizing friends and family for get-togethers or volleyball games. He enjoyed classic rock music, shooting sports and any physical challenge. He was sentimental to the core, cherishing every card, hand written letter, gift or photo received throughout his life. Spence was a warrior in his battle with addiction, never giving up the fight. He positively impacted the lives of so many he met through recovery along the way. He attributed his successes in life to God first, followed by those who loved and supported him. Spence was a loving son, father, brother, grandson, uncle and friend that will be dearly missed by all.
Spence is preceded in death by his grandmother Patsy B Kiehl. He is survived in death by his son Axton Wyatt Boales of Spring, TX, father Douglas Boales of The Woodlands, TX, mother Jerri Boales of Livingston, TX, siblings Brooke (Micah) Dorsey of Texarkana,TX, Blake Boales of The Woodlands, TX, Laurel (Brian) Broughton of Willis, TX, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Boales of Lake Charles, LA, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
