Terry was born in Ringgold, Louisiana on September 18, 1940.
He was married to Mabel on March 27, 1964.
Terry was a Chemist for Pennzoil for over 40 years.
He had a passion for fishing, hunting, biking, his grandchildren, and the Lord.
Terry is survived by his spouse, Mabel Day; son Mark Day; daughter Rhonda Villasenor and her husband JD Villasenor; eight loving grandchildren: Cody Day, Hailey Day, Ethan Day, Aiden Day, Dominic Villasenor, Christian Villasenor, Nicholas Villasenor, and Matthew Villasenor; sister Jo Beth Coyle and her husband Dan Coyle; brother-in-law Kevin McClellan; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Homer H. Day and Sarah Woodall Day; and sisters Margie Grantham and Becky McClellan.
Serving as Pallbearers are:
Cody Day, Ethan Day, Aiden Day, Dominic Villasenor, Christian Villasenor, Nicholas Villasenor, and Matthew Villasenor.
A Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 6 pm - 8 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home and Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm also at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home and will be immediately followed by Burial at 1:00 pm.
