Zachery Shawn Arroyos

Born on March 22, 1999 to Amy Navarrete, in The Woodlands, Zach leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Despite facing health challenges, his vibrant spirit never wavered. He was a graduate of Spring High School and (inspired by his stepfather Cesar Navarrete) an active member of Junior ROTC, demonstrating his commitment to service and discipline.

Zach's interests were as diverse as his passions, from weightlifting and archery to art and classic rock & roll. He found solace and joy in visits to the family ranch, embracing adventures with his family, and cherishing moments with his grandparents, Eddie & Elizabeth Cureton, and Alex & Amparo Arroyos.

Zach's love extended to his large extended family, including siblings Matt, Justin, Jessica, Alec, and Cesar Jr, as well as countless cousins and friends who were touched by his presence. Zach had a deep bond with his mother, Amy Navarrete, whom he cherished dearly. He delighted in their trips to Jacksonville, creating cherished memories that will endure forever. Zach's memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he find peace reunited with his father, Allan “Lonnie” Arroyos, in eternity.

A memorial service for Zachery will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, followed by a reception from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
