Elsbeth Emma Anna Giesler

Born October 2, 1916, in Berlin, Germany, she immigrated to the United States with her father Carl Becker, mother Margarete and younger brother Carl Jr. in November of 1927, settling in Springfield, OH. After marrying Allen Fiste in January 1940, Elsbeth lived in many different places that included Phoenix, AZ, Corpus Christi, TX, Walworth, WI, Newport Richey, FL and Cedarburg, WI. Her final move was to Lasata Care Center on January 2004 which she called her home.

She was the mother of Linda (Steve) Coon of Janesville, WI, James (Audrey) Fiste of Cedarburg, WI and Carl Fiste of Fredonia, WI. She was proud grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 12.

Her husband and brother preceded Elsbeth in death.

Services were held at Schramka-Densow Funeral Home, on December 22, 2010. Burial will be held in Florida. A memorial service will be held at Lasata care Center, Cedarburg, WI at a later date.

The family is especially grateful for the care she received at Lasata Care Center; especially during her final 2 weeks. She considered the nurses and staff her family and Lasata her home.
