Jeffrey J. Foulks

Jeffrey Foulks was born November 23, 1940, to John (Jack) and Virginia (Dinny) Foulks, and died peacefully at Horizon Hospice, Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee campus on May 15, 2011. A graduate of Nicolet High School he went on to earn his BBA and MBA in marketing from UW - Madison. He held executive management positions in the manufacturing and retail industries most of his life, employed by Ford Motor Company, PDQ Food Stores, Madison Kipp Corporation, Production Finishing Corporation, Milwaukee Folding Carton and Leisure Concepts. Jeff loved the outdoors, traveling the world, the finer things in life, and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors of his loving family include his son Jeffrey Foulks, daughter Jennifer (Andy) Soderholm, granddaughter Rebecca Soderholm, great granddaughter Alannah, brother John (Kay) Foulks, sister JoAnn (Ric) Taylor-Escobar, niece Sari (Billy) Prescott, and nephews Bradley (Tina) Taylor and Randy (Erika) Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Dinny and nephew John. A visitation will be held beginning at 1:00 in the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery, 9400 W Donges Bay Rd., Mequon on Friday May 20, 2011 immediately followed by a service at 2:30. In lieu of flowers, any memorials may be made to Horizon Home Care & Hospice 8949 N Deerbrook Trail, Brown Deer, WI 53223 or on-line at horizonhch.org/donate or a charity of your choice in Jeff’s name.
