Mary E Steward

Mary Ellyn Steward passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 14, 2012. She was born to Don and June (nee Patten) Steward on November 29, 1957. Mary was surrounded by love her entire life. All who knew her, even briefly, were truly blessed by her joyful spirit and touched by her beaming smile. Mary enjoyed participating in Special Olympics, bowling, swimming, and many Portal events, Pace activities, community employment, and other social activities. She especially loved to dance. Survivors include her 2 brothers, Gordie Steward of Lomira, WI and Jim (Nancy) Steward of West Bend, WI, neice Laurie (Timm) Dehling of Slinger, WI, nephews Jeff (Callie) Steward of Seattle, WA and Dan Steward of Portage, WI. Also survived by other relatives and many special friends. There will be a Memorial Service held at 5:30 pm on Monday August 27, 2012 at St Peter’s United Church of Christ, 166 W Dekora St in Saukville, WI. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 4 pm until the time of the memorial service. In lieu of flowers memorials to Mary’s primary caregivers of over 20 years, Balance Inc., 134 Foster Dr, Saukville, WI 53080 would be appreciated.
