Ms. Ridge was born July 1, 1928 in Yadkin County, NC to Jim and Rose Reece Stewart. She attended Forest Hills Baptist Church in Greenville, SC.
Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Leon Ridge and parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Marte Ridge and Sandi Ridge; brother, Leroy Stewart; sister, Billie Stewart Brown and grandson, Jamy Ridge.
There will be a visitation held from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Thomasville Funeral Home with Pastor David Bowman officiating. A Chapel Service will follow at 2:00 pm with interment at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
