A resident of this area all of his life, Mr. Forshee was born on February 1, 1960 in Guilford County to the late Walter Lacy and Minnie Fish Forshee. He was of the Baptist faith and an exceptional guitar player. On November 26, 1990, he married Debbie King Forshee, who survives of the home.
Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Joni Oxendine of Trinity and Carri Forshee of the home; step-son, Clay Haney of Thomasville, and brothers, Sam Forshee and his wife Wendy of Thoamsville; grandchildren, Travis and Sydney Oxendine; and niece and nephew, Sam and Nicole Forshee.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Monday, September 8th at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
