Sandra Gales Lambeth

Sandra was born on September 26, 1962 in Lee County, NC to Willie Harmon and Bobby Gales. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and had worked as a waitress for many years, having worked at Bills Truck Stop in Lexington and Tar Baby’s in Cherry Grove, SC.

She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, going to the beach, swimming, and sewing. She also dearly loved her dog, Miss Molly.

Surviving are her parents, Willie Harmon of Richmond, VA and Bobby Gales and wife Martha of Thomasville; daughter, Brook Michelle Lambeth and fiancé Albie Kline of Thomasville; son, Jason Lee Lambeth and wife Tiffany Moore Lambeth of Castle Hayne, NC; grandchildren, Austin Lambeth, Kassie Lambeth, Dillon Shambley, Chelsey Murray, Jasmine Kline, and Albert Kline IV; brother, Bobby “Wayne” Gales II and wife Ann of Thomasville; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at 2 pm Thursday, September 15 in the chapel of Thomasville Funeral Home, 18 Randolph Street with Rev. Tommy Sizemore officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Thomasville Funeral Home and other times at the home of her father, 6936 Gra-Lan Drive, Thomasville.
