-(Former employee with the North York School Board)-Passed away peacefully, at home on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at age 73. Beloved husband of Christena, for over 50 years. Loving father of Brian and his wife Candy, Kevin and his wife Kathleen, and Kelly and her husband Cameron Bowie. Cherished Gramps of Michelle, Geoff, Max, Kirsten, and Connor. Dear brother of Raymond. Al will be lovingly remembered by all of his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 11 am. Interment to follow at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Orillia, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or West Park, would be appreciated by the family.
