We extend our deepest sympathies for the passing of Arthur Merdjanian.   Visiting with hum during the last week of palliative care has shown us the tremendous influence he had on family and friends.  Our prayers and wishes for healing are with the grieving family and our dear brother Avedis.

 In the photo we had a rare but memorable get together  with Arto and his wife Zahaida along with his brother in Sept. 2019. We had an incredible time together.
Arto was a special person and he will be 
greatly missed by all who new him.

From our family meals to our tech talks you were always one I could relate to. You helped me with my math exams and gave me the confidence I needed not only in my schooling, but one that continued to grow in all that I did. I have comfort knowing that you knew the Lord and are now in the presence of His perfect peace. Gone but not forgotten.  I'll miss you uncle ❤️ 

I had the great pleasure of working with Arthur for many, many years at Hudson's Bay Company.  Every day I came to work at 698 Lawrence, Arthur and I worked closely together on Teradata and we shared on-call duties.  I will never forget how much humour and laughs we had together.  I cherished working with Arthur.  

May the Lord comfort Arthur's family and friends, and grant Arthur eternal blessings and peace.

Dear Zhaida, Lucy and Sonia:

Everyone liked Arthur in the office.  Usually he was the first in our area and the last to leave the office.
Some moments I shared with Arthur:
BJ game, we were so high up, we could see the CN tower concrete more than the game.
His famous line about me 'making mistake twice', when I married again after my divorce.
We found a months old moon cake in office fridge. We decided to microwave it and share. We both showed on monday, no diarrhea!

Arthur owned 3 titles in office:
The smartest ... so detailed in everything.
The funniest .. making everyone laughed 
No.1 food sense .. he never missed free food.
Thanks for the fond memories.
