Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on Monday, November 20, 2017 at North York General Hospital in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband Daniel (2000). Mother of Gerald, Julie (David) Gray, Jay (Carol), and Jeff (Jo-Anne). Grandmother of Larissa (Paulo), Rhys (Anh), Bryn, Caitlin, and Daniel and great-grandmother of Eswyn, Trevyn, Carys, Adrianna, Liam, and Luca. Dear sister of the late Audrey Fortune. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St., at Goulding, south of Steeles) from 9-10 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
