Constable David Frederick Johnson - Peacefully in his sleep following a lengthy illness on Friday, May 16, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital, Toronto, Ontario. Devoted father of Justin and Emily. Former husband of Rennie Berchard. Loving son of Florence and the late Victor Johnson. Dear brother of Cliff (Ginette) and Bob. David was a 38 year member with the Toronto Police Service with 51 Division. Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home-Vaughan Chapel, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, Ontario (south of Hwy 7), on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow
