Passed into her Lord’s presence on Thursday morning, March 30, 2017 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Grieco. Loving mother of Gail (Ralph Anstey) and Gary (Ann). Cherished grandmother of April (Robert Merson), Andrew Anstey (fiancee Linnea Salte) and Amber Anstey. Great-grandmother of Caleb, Hannah and Esther Merson. Dear sister of Gloria-Jean (Mike Butler) and Vincent Tarasco. Predeceased by her sister Rosalie McFarland and her brother David Tarasco. Fil was a devoted elementary school teacher for 35 years. Many thanks to the caring staff at Toronto General Hospital CICU who lovingly cared for Fil for the past 18 months. She will be missed and remembered by her extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
