Suddenly on Sunday, March 23, 2008 at her home at the age of 74. Devoted mother of Elisabeth (Tom) Gibson, Peter and Michael. Cherished grandmother of Brandon, Sebastian, Jessie-Lee, Jenna, Ravon, Emmeryck, Rudy and fabulous great-grandmother of Kailey Elisabeth. Florence was well loved and respected by all of her friends. Friends may call on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
