Jessie Primero Agustin

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jessie Primero Agustin at the age of 70. Jessie was born on January 4, 1954, and throughout her remarkable life, she touched the hearts of countless people with her love, faith, and generosity.

A deeply religious woman, Jessie was a steadfast pillar of her church community. Her unwavering devotion inspired many, and her faith was a source of her strength.

Jessie was also a trailblazer in her professional life, founding and running an immigration agency that helped many Filipino workers fi nd opportunities and build better lives in Canada. Her efforts changed the lives of countless families, leaving a legacy of compassion and service.

At home, Jessie’s love language was cooking for her children, children-in-laws and grandchildren. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her beloved grandchildren, whose presence brightened her days. She shares her passion of gardening with her late husband and also she was fond of singing songs from the hymnal.

Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Leo and brother Eli. She was survived by her children; Gail and son-in-law Rod, Aila, John and daughter-in-law Cham, her siblings; Samuel, Oseas, Lolita and Viola, her grandchildren; Rondail, Raine, Ronan, Rald and JJ, several cousins, nieces and nephews as well as her beloved granddog Mocha.

Jessie will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, church, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Visitation will be held at The Filipino Canadian Seventh-day Adventist Church (788 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M3H 2T1, Canada) from 4-8pm on Monday December 30th.

A Funeral Service will be held the following day at It will be livestreamed on Youtube for those unable to attend in person. at 10am followed by burial at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 1A7, Canada). The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on Youtube for those unable to attend in person.

Following Burial all are welcome to attend a Reception back at The Filipino Canadian Seventh-day Adventist Church.
