Jack passed away on Saturday April 4, 2009 at Sunnybrook Veterans Hospital where for more than two years he has been well cared for by Doctors, Nurses and Staff in both L and K Wings for which we thank them. He leaves his wife Thelma, Daughter Diane(Rudi), Sons John(Bea) and Brian(Sharon). Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Lynne, Chris, Amy, Jeffrey and great grandchildren Chris, Brian, Amy, Jamie and Lily his sister Gladys and brothers Art and Don. At Jack's request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.
