Suddenly on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Jean for 61 glorious years. Cherished father of Jennifer and her husband Michael Mallett. Lifelong friend of Walter Drennan.
Jack was a retired CEO of Cigna Canada with a career that spanned over 40 years in the insurance industry. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, friends and industry colleagues.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Newtonbrook United Church
