John was born May 3, 1942 in Ottawa, Ontario to parents Dr. Alan and Marion Woodcock and had two siblings, Ann Hurd Thomas and Chris (Cory) Woodcock. He will also be fondly remembered by his multiple nieces and nephews. John was a hardworking man who built a very successful company while actively raising a young family. To those at Toronto Lube Service, you were his second family and he was grateful for all your help and support. He will be remembered as a kind-hearted, sensitive, generous and fun-loving man. In this spirit, friends and family are encouraged to make a donation to their favourite charity in his memory. Some of John’s favourites were Hill House Hospice, the Terry Fox Foundation and Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 9th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel’s Passionist Parish (670 Sheppard Ave. E.), followed at a later date by a memorial celebration of life.
