He was the world's greatest husband and son. To be loved by Ken was a remarakable experience. He was a force of nature.
He lived life with unparalled enthusiasm. A true renaissance man, Ken loved Baseball, Peyton Manning, Fishing, Kung Fu Movies, Led Zeppelin, Marx, Kerouack and Raphael.
At Kens request, please do not send flowers. He passionately raised funds for the Canadian Cancer Society in the hope that other families would not have to go through what our family has had to go through and would appreciate your ongoing support of his mission.
Gifts can be made by visiting Ken's Memorial Page at http://convio.cancer.ca/site/TR/Events/TRIB_ON_Celebration_of_Life?pg=fund&fr_id=1300&px=1239701
Ken's family would like to thank all of the amazing health care providers that were a part of our journey, including the stellar nursing team at the Sunnybrook Cancer Centre. To Dr. David Spaner, a heartfelt thank you for giving Ken three years of hope and life. He truly believed that you were as committed to his suvival as we were. You relentless pursuit of an answer to an impossible problem is appreciated more than you can ever know.
