Leo C. Lobo

Passed away peacefully, at home, on August 10, 2017 surrounded by his immediate family. Beloved husband of the late Rita. Loving father of Louella, and Lynette (Casey). Predeceased by his parents Lencastre and Lourencinha, his sister Lyra D’Souza (late Paul), and his brother Francis. Dear brother of Joseph (Nina) and Louis (Janet). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, many relatives and friends.

Leo’s fascination with electronics led to a career in broadcast engineering at Radio Uganda and later, CJRT-FM, from which he retired. He had a keen interest in current events, carpentry, gardening and music, which included playing the harmonica. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Leo was a gentleman, devoted to his family, with steadfast faith and trust in God.

Visitation at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St., Toronto, on Thursday, August 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 21 Leith Hill Road, Toronto, on Friday, August 18th at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery,Thornhill. Condolences www.rskane.ca
