Suddenly passed away on Friday February 29, 2008 in her 65th year. Beloved mother and best friend of Debbie and her husband Greg Lapajne. Cherished Nana to Connor Lapajne. Loving sister to Rick Vernon, Terry Vernon, and the late Doug Vernon and sister-in-law to Anne, Pat, and the late Jo-Ann. Linda will be greatly missed by all of her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday March 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding south of Steeles. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 4 at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Interment Westminster Cemetery. If desired donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
