Long is survived by his spouse, Tran Thi Khuyen; his daughter Sophia Dang; and his son Jason Dang.

A committal service will occur Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Highland Hills Cemetery, 12492 Woodbine Ave., Gormley, ON L0H 1G0. A funeral service will occur Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J1W3.
