We regret to announce the passing of Maria Rosaria De Filippis on November 1, 2015 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Panfilo. Loving mother of Tina (late Michael Romeo), Gino and Lina. Nonna of Domenic (Anna), Kristen, Michael (Tracey) and Anthony (Terri). Great-nonna of Michael, Matthew, Ryan, Lucas and Cameron. Sister of Cesare (Linda) and sister-in-law of Giuseppe (Maria), the late Consiglia (Nicola), the late Maria, the late Nicola and the late Ida.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon R.C. Church (92 Steeles Avenue West). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
