(Dorothy)(nee Fielding)-Former McLelland & Stewart Employee. Peacefully, on Friday, October 22, 2004, at the age of 83, Auntie D left this world for something even better. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas, her sister Helen, and brothers Charles, Edward and John. She leaves behind her brothers Clem, Richard and Joseph, and her sister Sheila, and many nieces and nephews. Auntie D was the Matriarch of the entire Fielding family. She was beautiful both inside and our and was so young at heart. She served her country in W.W. II. The generosity of the Curries helped many. Auntie D's faith was everything to her. The Mass was her priority and she lived her faith to the fullest. Auntie D taught by example and was the epitome of a true Christian. She has done so much for so many and we are all blessed to have known her. Auntie D is now in a better place but will be missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2004 between 7 and 9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in her honour at Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic Church (10411 Bayview Ave., north of Major Mackenzie), Richmond Hill, on Friday, October 29, 2004 at 11 am. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Scarborough Foreign Mission (attention: Father Terry Gallagher, S.S.M.), 2685 Kingston Rd., Box 61208, Stn. Brm. B., Toronto, Ontario M7Y 2P1 would be appreciated.
We love you Auntie D
