Unexpectedly on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Mount Sinai Hospital, age 59. Mike, dearly loved son of John and Vivian; beloved brother of Nancy, Paul (Paula), Frank and Sheila; loving father of Daniel and Sarah (Max); and dear uncle of Meagan, Caitlin, David, and Liam. He will be fondly remembered by all of his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Long-time employee of Blacks Camera. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st at 11 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Parish, 670 Sheppard Avenue East (east of Bayview, north side). Private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
