The family of Nicola sadly announces the sudden and peaceful crossing over on Saturday, December 6, 2008 in his 55th year. Adored husband and soulmate for 29 years to Angie Lamonaca and cherished "papino" to his three beautiful daughters, Jennifer, Lauren, and Stefanie. Profoundly missed by his mother-in-law, Lidia, sister-in-law, Cristina, brother-in-laws Franco (Natalia) and Mario (Sharon). He is survived by his sisters, Julie (Gary Stevenson) and Anna (Robert Crema) and many nieces and nephews. Nicola was a gentle man who loved his family with much passion and love. His riches were measured by the number of family and friends he had and they all loved him dearly. There was never a promise he broke nor a favour he would refuse and he always put family first above all. His legacy was to live, love and laugh and that we did spending many splendid days at our beloved "Lungo Mare" sharing a glass of wine with those he loved. Nicola left us too soon, but he finds himself in the presence of God and those who awaited him on this "journey".
