Peter Ray Hatcher

Peacefully on May 10, 2011 after a courageous battle with a rare auto-immune disease (Systemic Scleroderma). Peter passed away at home in the arms of his loving wife, Maryanne (Boland). World's most amazing, loving and devoted father to Melissa and Jenny. Beloved son of the late Isobel and Ross Hatcher. Peter will be profoundly missed by brothers Doug (Michelle) and Bob (Paula). Lovingly remembered by his treasured nieces. Greatly missed by his cousins and their families as well as his many friends and colleagues. Peter touched the lives of so many with his dry humour, passion for life and his infinite generosity to others. He left us far too soon but all of us are better people for having known him. Family and friends are invited to join us in a Celebration of Peter's Life on Saturday, May 28 at 11:30am at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, (141 Wilson Avenue at Avenue Road). The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to Dr. Peter Lee for his compassion, guidance and exemplary care.
