He attended St. Patrick's High School and was involved in the St. Patrick's Church Boys Choir.
Peter met his wife of 47 years, Edith Lucy D'Costa in 1963 and they were married in November of that same year. They were blessed with four children: Victor, Maryanne, Daniel and Sean.
Peter began his career in Grindlay's Bank Pakistan, and after more than 30 years of dedicated service, retired as a Branch Manager in 1993.
Peter then followed his lifetime passion and became fully involved with St. Anthony's Parish, taking care of their Administrative duties. He was actively involved with the Legion of Mary where he held several officer positions of Treasurer, Vice-President and finally President. In his later years he also became a Eucharistic Minister of the Parish.
In 2003 Peter immigrated to Canada with his wife, to be with their children and grandchildren. Here he once again continued his passion and good works with the Catholic Church both in Toronto and in Vancouver. He is fondly known as Brother Peter to his many Legionary peers, whose fellowship he thoroughly enjoyed.
Peter will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Edith, his children Victor & Jeanne, Maryanne & Khalid, Daniel & Shazia, and Sean, and grandchildren Sapphire, Emerald, Joshua, Benjamin, Matthew & Cajetan, his younger sister, Angeline her husband, Anton, and their children & grandchildren in Goa, India, and his many close friends.
