in his 86th year, passed away peacefully with family at his side, at Humber River Hospital (Finch) on Tuesday June 12, 2007. A Veteran of WWII. Retired from the City of North York after 36 years service as garage superintendent. Loving husband of Betty, loving father to Cathy, Peter (dececeased), Wendy, Doug, Scott, Beth and David. Father in law to Grant, Val and Tim. Grampa to Jeff and Sandy, Shawanoswe and Terri, Lynette, Adam, Elliott, Ben, Shane, Michael, Heather, Henrietta, Dodie and Jake. Great Grampa to Jessie, Fern and Miah and assorted family pets. Brother in law to Francis, Hal and Uncle to Steven, Ron and Bob. A Private family celebration of life to be held at Dad's favorite place, the family cottage in Arden at a later date.
