Ronald H.W. Fenwick

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron Fenwick on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Marie(nee LeBar) for 57 years. Cherished and much loved father of Laurie (Dean), David (Michele) and Karen (Mark). Ron adored his 8 grandchildren and he will be sadly missed by Sarah, Cassandra, Chelsey, Chris, Andrew, Thomas, Owen and Ethan. Cherished brother of the late Duane (Rosemary), Rosemary (Murray), Gayle (Bob) and brother in law Doug LeBar (late Joan). He will also be remembered by all his nieces and nephews. Ron leaves behind a multitude of people who cherished his friendship, kindness, sense of humour and upbeat personality. Ron had a distinguished career in commercial banking, first with United Dominions and later with CIBC. Ron’s greatest passion was the game of Curling and he will be missed by his friends at the Bayview Golf & Country Club.

Visitation will be held at Thornhill United Church, 25 Elgin St, Thornhill, ON (entrance/parking off Dudley Ave) on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. A celebration of life will follow at 12 noon. Cremation has taken place.
