Peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Minoru Nakamura. Loving mother of Leslie (Elwyn) and Laurence (Heather). Proud and devoted grandmother of Matthew, Lindsay, and Alyssa. Dear sister of Bob, Mas, and Tad (deceased). Terrie will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Friends may call on Thursday April 28, 2011 from 5-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A funeral service will be held on Friday April 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre or the Japan Earthquake Relief Fund (JCCC).
