On June 3, 2009, Victor ended his long journey of suffering and passed peacefully, surrounded by his family, into eternal rest with his Heavenly Father at the age of 78 years. He will be forever missed by Hinga, his beloved wife of 55 years. Loving father to Marika and her husband, Paul Wilbiks, and Michael and his wife, Kenda. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan, Alexandra, Tyler, Brody, Spencer and Caitlyn. He will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends, both here and in Estonia. Friends may call on Monday, June 8, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Estonian Baptist Church (883 Broadview Avenue). Interment to follow at York Cemetery.
