Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 17, 2015 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Yvonne Blake. Father of Valleri, Melanie and Sandra. Brother of Maureen Mustachi, Estelle Horshington, June Perera and; the late Jean Balmond, Shelley Blake and James (Jumbo) Blake. Loving Grandfather to David Bainbridge, Marcus Graber, Jordan and Zachary Krys.
