Deena Marcia Head

Robert and Barbara had three sons: Eric, Adam and Noel who Deena has remained close to. Also, all cousins and cousins-in-law to Deena are close and always have been.

Deena married Barney Halleran in 1975 and Barney had a daughter Kathryn who Deena has remained close. Deena divorced Barney while living in the Denver area and Kathryn lives in San Francisco.

Deena married Patrick Head in 1995 having worked for the same company for years and maintaining a long-distance relationship. Patrick has four children from previous marriages, Jeanie, Jeff, Terri and Travis. They all live on the Western slope of Colorado and one in Utah.

Deena and Patrick have ten grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren in two states.

Since moving to the Denver area and marriage to Pat, Deena was active in knitting throws for patients in hospitals in the area, worked at a large Colorado landscaping company retiring several years ago, and volunteering at North Suburban Hospital for two years. She gifted school backpacks for donations and for her grand-children mentioned above. She and Pat also joined and were close to as an extended family to neighbors Jordan and Emily and their four wonderful children.

Deena and Pat enjoyed traveling and flew or drove from coast to coast. Also, they went on a cruise to Mexico and visited Hawaii. Deena was kind, had a wonderful sense of humor and was a joy to be with. She will be missed but always remembered.
